About This Course

Course Overview

This Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Course teaches the skills required to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential air conditioning and an introduction to commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

At the end of this course students will be able to:

• Understand the operation of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems
• Identify and describe the function of the major components of Air Condition and Refrigeration Systems
• Determine refrigerant properties and characteristics as well the safe handling of refrigerants and cylinders
• Understand the purpose and use of tools associated with the installation and maintenance of Air Condition & Refrigeration Systems.
