Labour Management (Industrial Relations)
This course provides a strong framework of knowledge to help participants gain a clear understanding of the relationship between management and labor organisations and aims to equip participants with a clear perspective of industrial relations and collective bargaining. Participants would be briefed on the various Labour Laws of Trinidad and Tobago and the various processes to settle unresolved disputes and other matters which arise between employers and trade unions. Participants would gain knowledge not just related to the evolution of labor-management relations, but also about why maintaining a resilient, productive working bond between labor and management is mutually advantageous to all parties.
