Dear Graduates,

 

 

We are thrilled to celebrate your achievements at the upcoming Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM, held at the Regency Ballroom, HYATT, Trinidad.
Please review the following details carefully to ensure a smooth and memorable experience:
Before the day of graduation
Please forward to info@spa.edu.tt a photo of yourself which will be displayed on the screens on the day of graduation when your name is called when crossing the stage. (The photograph, preferably a ¾ headshot should not have any nudity) by Saturday July 12th, 2025.
Ensure that all fees related to graduation have been paid by July 12th, 2025. No payments will be collected on the day of graduation.
 
Check-in & Arrival
  • Arrival Time: No later than 2:30 PM to allow sufficient time for check-in, gowning and lineup.
  • Check-in Location: Registration desk in the Regency Ballroom lobby.
  • Bring a photo ID for verification.
  • Graduates will then be directed to the gowning area to receive your gown, sash and have your portrait taken.
  • To collect your gowns, you will be required to either place a deposit of $150.00 (to be refunded upon return of your gown) or a form of identification. Kindly take note that graduates must walk with exact funds (i.e. $150.00).
  • Your wristband will be numbered, and this is the order in which you are to process into the ballroom, be seated, and cross the stage.
 
  • Late Arrivals: May not be permitted to participate. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
 
Ceremony Details
  • Start Time: 4:00 PM sharp (duration: ~3 hours).
  • Dress Code: Formal attire. 
  • Procession Instructions: Provided during check-in—please follow marshals’ directions.
 
Guest Information
  • Guests will be seated promptly after registration.
  • Wristbands will be issued to graduates and guests.
  • Photography/videography is allowed only from designated areas. Our official photographer will be the only one allowed at the front during the crossing of the stage.
Post-Ceremony
  • Graduates will be asked to remain to take a group shot on the stage.
  • Announcement will be made regarding food/drink arrangements.
  •  
  • Gown Return & Deposit Refund:
  • Return gowns to collect your $150 deposit or ID.
  • After gown return, graduates will proceed to the food area.
 
Important Reminders
  • Silence mobile devices during the ceremony.
  • No food or drinks in the ceremony hall.
  • No entry into the Regency Ballroom after 4:00 PM.
