Course Overview
This course is designed to furnish individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills needed to
operate within the business environment. It is designed to give participants the tools required to
understand organisational behaviour; teach persons how to identify and deal with conflict; apply
motivational theories and how to function appropriately and effectively within a team. Some of
the main highlights within this course will be to understand the core elements of Leadership,
Psychology and Emotional Intelligence. The programme is geared towards building a solid
foundation for understanding the business environment whilst equipping students with the
specific learning needed to operate within an organisation.
